The beach in Nemira and the local area are very clean and warm, feel free to explore the local area.

Pebble beach is just a few steps away (30m downstairs) where one canoe is prepared for your use.

You will get nice privacy at this fully fenced property in a quiet neighbourhood of Stanići place with amazing sea and island views and unforgettable sunsets. The villa is very well equipped and has all you need for very relaxed and fulfilling holidays.
Villa location is only a half-hour drive to get to the famous town Split which has a great history, and also 3 min drive to get to the small town Omiš and river Cetina that offers a lot of activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning and many more. The nearest shop is 300m away, the owner runs the restaurant Borowina that is above villa 80m away, and there are more restaurants, a bakery and bars only 300m from the property and the car is recommended so you can make some day tours freely.

-Outdoor area: Private and heated swimming pool 3.2m x 9.2m, a sun-deck area with 5 deck chairs, 4 lounge chairs, 1 swing chair and one egg chair. A covered dining area with barbecue (woods, charcoal), an outdoor Table tennis is also for your use. A few steps down takes you to the smaller sun-deck area where you can enjoy your privacy, and from there there is an outdoor staircase that takes you to the pebble beach (30m from villa) and there is a canoe for your use.

Restaurants, bars, and nearest grocery stores are within 300m from the property, and small Mediterranean town Omiš with Cetina river is 4km away are many activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking, and cycling trails, water activities, and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town. Villa Azzurro is located between the famous town Split with itś great history attractions that is 30km West, and Maraska town with its famous lungomare is 30km East, together with Biokovo mountain just above Makarska. Many activities and attractions can be visited and one of them is also Krka waterfalls (1:30h from the property), you can take a ferry or a boat tour to islan Brač, Hvar or Vis, you can explore the beautiful pebble beaches that are just in 30m from the property where the owner has prepared one Kanoe for your use.
